Frank Zgrablich, Esq.

Mr. Zgrablich is a graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics in 1990.  In 1995 he earned his Class A-General Engineering Contractor License.  He has worked in the construction industry his entire adult life before entering Law School.  The construction experience he obtained while managing and coordinating large teams of tradesmen on operations in various construction projects gives him a special edge when defending Workers’ Compensation claims. He understands all of the machinery, tools and equipment that are utilized in a construction project, as well as each tradesman’s duties. Mr. Zgrablich is also knowledgeable regarding the applicable building code requirements and OSHA regulations that are important when defending a Serious and Willful allegation.

In 1997 Mr. Zgrablich graduated from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor Degree.  He then went on to practice Workers’ Compensation Defense for Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Barnes and Rubens. He then began as  in house counsel for  a  Workers’ Compensation defense firm, Zgrablich, Sheppard, & Woolley  with offices in  Woodland Hills California  and  Anaheim, California.

Mr. Zgrablich is admitted to practice in all California State Courts including the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court.

 

Janece Montgomery, Esq.

Ms. Montgomery is a graduate of California State University Northridge where in 1988 she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with two options.  One option in Finance and the second option in Real Estate.  She graduated from the University Of La Verne Law School in 1993 and earned her Juris Doctor Degree.

Ms. Montgomery is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation with years of Workers’ Compensation experience a well as experience in civil litigation which is beneficial when defending LC132(a) violations as well as Serious and Willful violations.

Ms. Montgomery is admitted to practice in all California State Courts including the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court.
